The Garden Salon & Spa, a family-owned business, has been around for more than 20 years and has become a staple to the local community in O’Fallon, Illinois.
At the Garden, we offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. What sets us apart are the relationships we have built with our customers. Some of our regulars have been coming to us since we opened our doors and others insist on driving more than 30 minutes just to visit our salon.

Hello! I am Erin Weller and I have been a stylist behind the chair for 20+ years. I genuinely love people and all the things that make them each unique. I love to enhance my clients’ looks by using their own natural beauty and their own creative inspirations mixed with mine.Whether it’s adding ribbons of fresh highlights of color for a season, embracing your natural hair color and texture, or a totally different look, I am here and ready for it! Collaboration and feeling understood and cared for while in my chair are some of my top priorities. Your hair is an adornment for your spirit and should only make you feel good! Our time together should be an extension of that thought.
In my free time, I love to learn and spend a ton of time reading, researching, and taking classes. I am a true nature lover and enjoy being outside in the sunshine hiking, walking, and exploring with my family and I find a lot of inspiration there. There is beauty everywhere when you take the time to look!

Hi! My name is Bianca Kurtz! I am 24 years old. I have always dreamed of being a hairstylist since I was younger and finally took the leap in 2020 after getting my business degree from Lindenwood University-Belleville. I graduated from New Image Cosmetology Technical center with all honors.I enjoy blondes, balayages, dimensional colors, and creative colors. I love making every single one of my clients feel welcome and creating confidence by giving my clients hair they will love.
In my spare time, I am a nanny for a family in the area. I also enjoy reading, music, and hanging out with my family. I am so excited to be a part of the Garden Salon & Spa family!

My hair journey began on the sidelines of the soccer field while playing in high school and college. I would cut and color teammates’ hair and realized then it was something I really enjoyed doing.I officially became a stylist in 2000. After working in the salon for about a year, I became the owner of Garden Salon & Spa. It’s been a fun, rewarding, and of course, at times, challenging journey.
I enjoy working with natural hair texture and find few things more satisfying than clients leaving my chair feeling confident and looking their best.

I’m Carey Adkins. I’ve been in the salon 20+ years. I knew I wanted to do hair when I was about 10 years old! Whether it’s a sleek bob, soft beachy curls, blending grey or beautiful highlights, I am all about the final reveal! Even if it’s just a trim or a touch up, those little things can make a big impact. I love being able to make my clients feel beautiful.Most of my hobbies involve being creative. I dabble in decorating cakes and cookies. I enjoy hosting parties, fashion and decorating my home! When I’m not doing those things I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I enjoy traveling (when we can), DIY home projects and we are big sports fans.

Hi! My name is Chandra Gould. I have been a stylist since 2003 and absolutely love what I do.
People ask “What’s your favorite thing to do, cut or color?”. Honestly, I love them both. The end result is giving my client confidence and making sure they leave loving the way they look. Seeing clients happy makes my job very rewarding. I also enjoy getting to know my clients. I have built so many great friendships with each and every one of them.
Most of my free time is spent with my family. I have two daughters in high school. We enjoy golfing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Our Story
Brock Grandame (Owner/Stylist)

Lindy Grandame (Manager/Receptionist)
In 2006, Lindy began working as receptionist and helps Brock manage the salon. They feel very fortunate serving all their guests and have had the pleasure of getting to know many wonderful people and clientele in the O’Fallon community.
Lindy and Brock are blessed with two kids and most enjoy family time together spent outdoors as well as traveling, visiting new restaurants, and attending concerts.
